Rollin'

Oh yeah, Anna has a new trick...She's started rolling over on Saturday! She can go from her back to her belly with ease now. Getting to her back from her belly is still a challenge. Maybe Samantha will teach her how to do it when we visit next week!

And she's also learning to read!

More Prayers

Please pray for Baby Dylan. He was born a few weeks early and is at Kosair in Louisville. His parents are Chase and Julia. His grandma Roxana was one of my babysitters when I was little and was also my first real boss (at Purchase Orthopaedics).

Also, pray for Baby Cooper. His parents are friends of Baby Cate. He,too, has heart problems.

Four Month Check Up (just a little late)

Anna went to the doctor today....she weighed in at 17lbs 10oz and is 25 3/4 in long. Obviously, cereal and veggies agree with her just as much as breast milk! She also got more shots today. She cried, but not as much and I didn't cry at all.

We're heading up North to Pittsburgh and to Val's house in a couple of weeks. I'll be sure to post pictures from our trip.

Family Time

We had a nice visit to Paducah this weekend. Some of Willie's family was in town, as well as my sister. Here are some photos. As you can see, we all had a great time!

Please continue to pray for the Cantrell Family. (Baby Cate link over there <---) She went to Heaven on Tuesday and is with our Lord and Savior. Continue to lift them up in the days and weeks to come.

A Day of Firsts

Today Anna ate rice cereal for the first time! She did very well and I think she managed to actually consume 5-6 spoonfulls. I made it thin at first and then thickened it up some. She did better with it thicker.

Then, after she took a 2-hour nap in the swing, Daddy had assembled her Baby Einstein Bouncer/Activity Center. She plays in one similar at Miss Alissa's house. Let's hope this one is just as good!

We are going to Paducah this weekend and next. Lots of travel for a little kid!
